At California Paint Experts our Project Managers are responsible for providing workers with tools and materials needed for each job site. Project Managers also maintain and in some cases train painters on how to spray properly, how to use a brush without leaving strokes, and make sure that from the top down, excellent quality has been provided. We believer that job site visits from the Project Manager are extremely important to ensure quality. These visits are done throughout the day before the evening walk around with the homeowner. Our painters are trained to inspect each other’s work before the Project Manager inspects it, who then brings out the homeowner to inspect and sign off on all work. Our Project Managers come up with hourly goals for painters to accomplish and then measure those goals every 2 hours to make sure that painters are on, or ahead of budget. If painters fall behind schedule the Project Manager is to visit the site, find out why, solve the problem and if necessary inform client of situation.
