Cleaning and Disposal Services in San Diego

What type of cleaning do you require? Are you looking for yard and garage work or something within your home? Unless you generally do most of the organizing and cleaning yourself, it is a good idea to find a cleaning and disposal service that handles a variety of jobs instead of one who specializes in one specific field.

Cleaning Contractors:

There are general-purpose cleaning contractors or specialists. There are companies whose sole source of projects is in new construction, so they will haul away and debris or trash left when a homebuilder is finished with the property. Most of the time, you will find they do a variety of clean up jobs from small yard work to garage clean outs and many things in between. Cleaning contractor do not merely work on residential projects, some have created their business to serve other businesses.

Additional Cleaning Services:
Whether you would deem it a sub service or a specialty, window cleaners are definitely a part of the cleaning and disposal services industry. That being said a number of your average housekeepers and cleaning contractors will not touch windows. Cleaning windows of a home or other structure is tedious and requires its own set of tools including, pressure washer, chemicals, squeegees and much more.

Materials:
As you may imagine, there is a variety of chemical cleansers used by cleaning contractors. Of course, if you prefer environmentally friendly products, most will be happy to oblige, but they cost more than products that aren’t green. A typical cleaning company will use:
•    Wood cleaners
•    Degreasers
•    Wax (Mop n glo for no wax floors)
•    Air fresheners
•    Carpet cleansing detergents
•    Various other cleaning chemicals dependent upon the job

Tools:
Contractors of this nature will have a variety of tools, again dependent upon what type of job they are to complete. For outside, yard or garage cleansing you will find they utilize:
•    Power washers
•    Yard tools
•    Detergents
•    Large metal dumpsters
•    Dump trucks
•    Variety of hand tools (to clean up a trash heap for instance they would use shovel, pick and other debris removal tools)

Disposal Service:
Do you have an old carpet you would like ripped out and removed? Perhaps you have decided it is time to dispose of all the broken furniture in the garage? You may want to call a disposal contractor, who takes away large amounts of debris from the yard, home or garage.
One particular specialty in this field is asbestos removal teams. These individuals undergo special training to carefully handle and remove this carcinogenic material. Special licensing and permits apply in most states, definitely in California. These contractors often deal with mold removal and lead abatement as well.
